Withdrawal from the Contract – Board Game Returns

In accordance with distance selling regulations, you may withdraw from a purchase contract without providing a reason within 30 days of receiving your order.

To do so:

Send a withdrawal statement to: sklep@czerwonatwierdza.pl

Return the product to:

No later than 7 days from informing us about the return.

Please note: The product should be in a condition that allows it to be resold as new. If the shrink wrap has been removed or the seal broken, the refund amount may be reduced in accordance with Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the returned goods, in accordance with the Store Terms and Conditions.

 


Special Orders – No Right of Withdrawal

Products imported on a special, individual request of the Customer – in particular items ordered from abroad at the Customer’s explicit request – are not eligible for return or exchange.

A special order is considered a product that:

• is not part of the Store’s standard offer
• is imported at the individual request of the Customer
• is ordered from a foreign distributor or publisher at the Customer’s explicit request

In accordance with Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning non-prefabricated goods manufactured or imported based on the Customer’s individual order to meet their personalized needs.

Information about a product being classified as a special order is always provided before placing the order.

 


Complaints – Board Games and Accessories

If a purchased product is damaged, incomplete, or inconsistent with its description and the issue is clearly attributable to us, you may submit a complaint.

Missing Components or Factory Damage

If a newly purchased board game is missing a component that should be included in a factory-sealed copy, or if the contents are factory-damaged, please contact the game publisher directly.

As a retailer, we do not have access to spare components.

 


Good to Know

Always contact us by email before returning a product – this will speed up the process.

Send the return shipment using a trackable method (e.g., courier or parcel locker).

Keep proof of shipment – it may be required if the package is lost in transit.
