Shopping and Orders

Can I edit my order after placing it?
Yes, but only if it has the status “placed” or “waiting for release.” Once the order has been accepted for processing, it can no longer be edited.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept instant bank transfers (Przelewy24), cash on delivery, InPost Pay, and deferred payments via PayPo.

 

Is installment payment available?
You can use the PayPo deferred payment option, which allows you to pay in a single installment after 30 days or in several installments, depending on the value of your purchase.

 

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, no.

 

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Yes. When placing your order, select the delivery option “combine with another order” and provide the order number you would like us to combine it with in the order notes.

 

Can I return my order?
Yes. In accordance with the law, you have 30 days to return your order without providing a reason. The game must remain sealed and unused. Details can be found in the “Returns and Complaints” section.

 

A component in my game is damaged or missing – what should I do?
Please contact the game publisher directly. They should be able to send you the missing or replacement components without any issues. As a store, we do not keep spare components.

 


Shipping and Packaging

How do you protect games during shipping?
With the utmost care – eco-friendly, but secure. We use recyclable materials while ensuring packages are properly protected so they arrive in perfect condition, even with delicate components.

 

Do you offer personal pickup?
Yes. Orders can be picked up during meetings of Wolska Grupa Planszówkowa in Warsaw. Pickup is also available in Kraków (Boardowa Café) and Łódź (Restauracja Szwalnia). Details can be found in the “Personal Pickup” section.

 

Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, not yet 😉 For now, we operate fully online, which allows us to offer unique board games faster and at better prices. You can always contact us – we’ll be happy to help.

 


Additional Services

What does the “game preparation service” include?
The service includes:

• removing the shrink wrap from the game
• punching out tokens and disposing of cardboard sheets
• sorting components
• packing all components into zip-lock bags (the number of bags depends on the number of component types)

 

Do you offer card sleeving services?
Yes. Just like the game preparation service, this is an additional paid option. To complete the service, you must add the appropriate number and type of card sleeves to your cart.

 

What does the “pack as a contest prize” option mean?
We include a special note in your package saying “congratulations on winning the contest.” The proof of purchase is sent only electronically to the provided email address. This option is intended for those who need to “discreetly” hide their purchase from someone 😉
